When you submit your email address on our website, we collect:

• Your email address
• The date and time of submission

We do not collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data at this stage. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

3. Why we collect it

Your email address is collected solely to notify you when Hidden Hour products become available for pre-order or purchase. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

The legal basis for processing is your freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), provided at the moment you submit the form.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until you ask us to delete it, or until we determine the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We will not retain your data for longer than 36 months from the date of collection without renewed consent.

5. Who has access to your data

Your data is processed through Netlify Forms, the form service integrated into this website. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf. You may review their privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

We do not share your data with advertising networks or any other third party. If we migrate to a different email service provider, we will update this policy before any transfer takes place.
